The Texas Defender is just what I was looking for in a home and personnel defense gun! I tried both the colt 45lc and 410 thriple o buck shot. Being 65 and not to steadty holding the gun still, I like the triple o buck shot over the 45 colt lc. The kick of the 2.5 inch barrel is managable for my age. I had researched this gun thoroughly before I bought it. It did meet all of my expectations. Very well made. shoots good & I like the ease of changing barrels, I would definetely buy another.
