After a small problem with my Bond Arms Defender I contacted the service department via email. Their reply was quick and personal. I was contacted via phone personally and each subsequent time by the same person. I was kept up to date on each step of the process and no call was ended before I assured them I understood and was satisfied with what was going on. Thank you for all your help
