Although I did like Bond derringers never own one until they came out with the Bond Backup with the matte finish. When I received it I was just amazed at the quality and looks! so I decided to build a “just in case” case with the most common calibers with matching barrels. I had a problem with one of the barrels that was damaged in shipping, but thanks to the excellent Customer Service and Shipping departments the problem was resolved. They were in constant communication with me and I even got a call from Mr. Gordon Bond (president /owner) just to make sure everything was OK. Excellent company, excellent firearms!
