Do not attempt to return any handguns without first calling customer service at 817-573-4445 for shipping instructions and an RMA number.
It is illegal for an individual to send a handgun through the U.S. Mail.Bond Arms will not take responsibility of a firearm sent to us without approval from customer service, an RMA number, and proper shipping method as instructed by customer service.
Cancellations or returns of customized items (including handguns) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. All California sales are final.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. For sanitary purposes we do not accept back Bra Holsters, BAJ holsters, sticky holsters, or t-shirts unless they are new.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. All returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
