The Ranger II – Something Worth Having

I’ve had my Ranger II for three weeks now and I want to thank you for making such a perfect firearm. It is powerful, dependable, versatile, beautiful, easy to carry and a lot of fun to shoot. It shows pride of workmanship, which translates into pride of ownership and it is so “rock solid” strong that it truly gives me peace of mind. It is now my constant companion.

I have been around guns since I was a young boy and have owned them all my life. But I will say that I have never really loved a firearm like I do this one. It is special and I think that your company is special too. I think it has to do with making something worth having. In this modern world where most things are made “good enough to get by”, it is a pleasure to have something that is made “as good as it should be” and “better than it needs to be”. That’s what America used to be about. Thank you Mr. Bond, you make your country proud.

Quite the Punch

Purchased my snake slayer mainly for staying on even terms with the prairie rattler but it will also do duty as a personal protection weapon. Took advantage of the 2nd barrel at half price and ordered a 3″ 38/357. Broke it in yesterday at our back forty range on our property and was impressed. The hammer bit me once but adjusted my grip and all is ok. Thanks for building such a great versatile weapon all of which is done in the USA via Texas. Congrats from Montana.

Absolutely Stunned!

I purchased the Snake Slayer IV with 4.25 barrel in .45/.410 via a website and picked it up at my local gun dealer. When he opened the case to show me I was stunned. First of all, I was stunned by the size of it. I had no idea it was that large. When I held it I was amazed at the craftmanship. It is one fine pistol! I have since ordered the 2.5 inch barrel for 9mm, and the rubber grip as well. I can see myself doing business with Bond Arms for some time to come.

Awesome Service

Just received my new bond arms driving holster and .357/38 barrel. Love the way bond arms does not forget you after purchase. They check with you often by email to be sure you are happy.

My Little Pocket Cannon

I have a bond arms little gun. Have several caliber barrels. Love it. Fun to shoot and can carry it in my pocket, but need a pocket holster cause I wear out my blue jeans too fast. This little bugger is accurate as any gun I have ever shot and a joy to use. You will not believe this next comment but my friends and I last summer in Iowa shot at a local range out in the boonies and I said I want to shoot the 100 yard target they put up three. My friend used his AK 47 the other used his 30-06 with scope and I took little pocket pal and shot ten shots. (.357 caliber) when we checked the targets they said holy**** you got 6 out of 10. Needless to say guess they want each a one of these. More than likely this was 99% luck but at 25 yards its just incredibly accurate. Love it.

Very Impressed With Snake Slayer!

After careful examination of many reviews, I recently purchased a Bond Arms Snake Slayer (.45 Colt/.410). Highly satisfied with the metal-to-metal and metal-to-wood fit and finish as well as its robust, well-engineered design. During its first range outing, fired fifty 250 grain cast semi-wadcutter .45 Colt rounds and a variety of .410 loads including birdshot, slug, and 000 buckshot through it (very impressive at up close & personal defensive distances from the target).

If gripped and the trigger pulled as clearly described in the Owner’s Manual, I found the recoil very manageable and the trigger pull clean & crisp. I am so impressed with this piece that I’m ordering another set of barrels today. The “Sticky Holster” and 6 round Quick Strips were also a great addition. Keep up the great work BOND ARMS!

A New Surprise

I get to know about bond arms because of gallery of guns, a long time ago they put in their webpage a special but I didnt bought it then, but got my attention because I like different things and this firearm is indeed something different, I went to a journey of finding information and reviews about the company and their products and everything about this firearm was positive, to this day I cant find a negative review about this firearm. So I feel confident and order the piece and on January 20, 2016 it arrived and I pick it up and few days latter went to the range to test it, my god what a pleasant surprise, I am not an expert shooter but my grouping where consistent over and over, It was my first time shooting a 45 and I confess I was expecting a massive recoil and my hand ended bruised or hurt but no, on the contrary it was really enjoyable and fun to shoot this little one. That was on January and to this day is one of my favorite gun that I own and it became some sort of addiction, because Im writing this testimonial on March 2, 2016 and by this date I have bought already 3 more barrels so have some sort of collection and all the calibers I can get. If you have a doubts about this firearm I recommend to do exactly what I just did, do a little research and you’ll find the same results and at the end when you have your own you will end up with a gun that feels good, its fun to shoot, that its reliable with the plus that it feels so strong, so well made that you know this gun will last all your life and probably beyond that.

Recoil

I have fired my Texas Defender several times, first loaded with .38 Spl rounds because I was concerned about recoil. Of course I had to try it with .357 Mag also and was pleasantly surprised. I wouldn’t want to shoot .357 Mag in it all day but ripping off both barrels can be done easily without flinching. I just purchased the .410 / .45 barrels and I am anxious to try the .410 in both 2.5 and 3″ shells.

Oh So Sweet

I bought myself the Texas Defender in 22 mag and got the .45 /410 barrel. I have shot both barrels and I am a small frame woman with small hands and most guns I have used really hurt my hands . Of course the 22 mag barrel was ever so sweet to shoot . The 410 barrel was a little rougher but not so bad that I wouldn’t want to shoot it again ( like my bodyguard S & W 380) Everyone that has seen this gun thinks it is the coolest ever and that in turn makes me cool too!

Yosemite Sam Would Approve

Yosemite Sam used little guns with a Big hole in the front. The Bond Arms Cowboy Defender chambered in 45 Colt / 410 Shotgun ammo is just the ticket for them Varmints when they cross your path out on the urban trails.
