Just took my new Snake Slayer out for a day at the range. Decided to only use .410 ammo. My preference is 3” 000 buck(9pellets), 3” #4 shot, and Winchester 3” slugs. Nice Little Cannon

The Texas Defender is just what I was looking for in a home and personnel defense gun! I tried both the colt 45lc and 410 thriple o buck shot. Being 65 and not to steadty holding the gun still, I like the triple o buck shot over the 45 colt lc. The kick of the 2.5 inch barrel is managable for my age. My Bond Arms .45 backup is 10 times better then the doubletap .45 I got rid of. I wish I would have bought this gun from the start.

New Gun

The gun worked GREAT no problems. The recoil was not as strong as I thought it would have thought it to be. Just shot it with the 410 shells. Looking forward to the second barrel. Thank You. - Mark Morgan
